Summary:
The brand: SERVO
The model: W680
The pros:
- Affordable price, less than $40.
- OK Video quality.
- Reasonable battery life – according to the online-store, it says the talk time is up to 6-7 hours. From my experience, if you don’t use the phone much, the battery can last for several days (3-5 days in standby mode).
- Dual-sim smartphone.
- Reasonable performance with the basic apps (YouTube, WhatsApp) and when surfing the web.
The cons:
- The built-in speaker audio quality is not good, average at most and I’m being generous here.
- I received the smartphone with a dead pixel, so I guess it says something about the quality/reliability of this smartphone.
- Video/photo camera is very simple – though I compared it in the video I made to the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 camera, I think it’s even less successful compared to other low-budget smartphones I reviewed in the past.
User manual:
The phone wasn’t supplied with any user manual, and I didn’t manage to find one online.

A: It took me about 2 hours to fully charge the battery.
Q: What is this brand “SERVO”?
A: I didn’t find any website for the “SERVO” brand, so I think this is more of a “white label” brand, and you can find this smartphone under different labels.
