Price – This type of tripods is the most affordable when it comes to size/durability.
Weight – It is made of aluminum. This makes this tripod light and durable for mounting various devices.
Portability – Thanks to its weight and the fact you can fold this tripod to compact measurements, it is convenient to carry this tripod stand (or travel with it).
Versatility – Suitable for mounting various devices, not only photography. For example, a video projector.
Cons
Stability – When extended to maximum height this is not so stable.
Durability – The specific tripod I reviewed, arrived a bit bent and scratched. It is made from aluminum. More durable tripods are usually more massive and made from solid metal, which is much more expensive.
