Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Problem During Phone Calls by OVR Guy

The Problem

Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with my brand new Samsung Galaxy S22 during phone calls. The problem is that in almost every phone call I made with this device, at a certain point begins disruptions in the line for the person who talks to me. People I spoke with described to me that it sounds like I fell into the ocean, was kidnapped by aliens, or got stuck inside a washing machine.

So I decided to make this video, in which I make a phone call from one phone (iPhone mini 12, which is placed on the right side of the screen) to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. In order for you to hear the disturbances, I put the iPhone Mini 12 on speaker. When the two phones were one next to the other, I put the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on mute to prevent echo.

See That For Yourself
Watch the video below to hear exactly what the person on the other end of the call experienced.

Is This Video Genuine or Fake?

For those of you who suspect the problem is related to the line/sim card, I can confirm that I double-checked it and replaced the sim card, but the problem didn't go away.

The video is 100% authentic, no editing or effects were used to cause these disturbances. I asked the local Samsung branch in my area and they weren't helpful, which was very disappointing.

The main reason is that this is a BRAND NEW PREMIUM DEVICE, however, its main function, which is to allow making phone calls, is subpar, and doesn't even come close to a 30+ year old land-line phone (which I showed at the beginning of the video).

What Did I Do To Solve This Problem?

Eventually, I gave the phone to the official lab, and their analysis was that the phone is 100% OK, which is NOT correct as this video proves.

The Bottom Line

Although I am a big fan of Samsung, I had a negative experience with their most anticipated device, and the way Samsung handled me for letting them know proved that although they are using content creators to promote their devices, Samsung doesn't really care about content creators.
